About NeuroFlip and these Terms
NeuroFlip is a medical exam-preparation service available through neuroflip.com and NeuroFlip mobile applications. The website identifies Neuroflip Private Limited as its operator; for paid purchases, the merchant shown in the applicable payment receipt and checkout terms is responsible for that transaction. We refer to the provider of the applicable service as “NeuroFlip”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms.
Please read these Terms and the separate Privacy Policy before using NeuroFlip. Additional conditions disclosed for a particular purchase or distribution channel may apply to that transaction. If you do not agree to the applicable terms, do not use the service.
Who can use the service
You must be legally permitted to use the service and provide accurate information when creating an account. Where applicable law requires a parent or guardian’s permission, use of the service must have that permission.
NeuroFlip is designed for medical examination study and revision. Access to, or use of, the service does not establish any educational, professional or clinical qualification.
Educational purpose and examination information
NeuroFlip provides medical postgraduate entrance-exam study tools, including flashcards, revision materials, topic prioritization and milestones informed by historical examination questions. They are learning aids, not medical or clinical advice, and must not be used to diagnose, treat or make decisions about patients.
Past-question patterns and topic rankings describe historical source data. They do not predict which questions will appear in any future examination or guarantee a score, pass, ranking or admission. Check current official examination notifications and authoritative educational or clinical sources wherever relevant.
NeuroFlip is not an official examination authority. Third-party exam names and learning resources are referenced for educational identification; such references do not by themselves imply affiliation or endorsement.
Accounts and account security
An account may be required for some features. You are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law. Do not share access credentials in a way that circumvents account or subscription restrictions.
Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. Requests relating to personal-information access, correction or deletion are addressed in our Privacy Policy.
Free access, paid plans and purchases
Some learning features may be offered without payment; other features require a paid plan. The plans available to you, their prices, any taxes, their access periods and their included features are determined by what the applicable purchase screen shows before you complete a transaction.
Your purchase confirmation and the terms displayed for that transaction determine the paid-access period. Features and prices can differ by platform, location and offer. A plan does not guarantee uninterrupted access to every feature or future product version.
Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment services or app stores. Their payment and platform conditions may also apply. Do not assume a plan renews automatically unless renewal and cancellation terms are explicitly disclosed as part of that purchase.
Cancellation, refunds and purchase support
If you have a question about your purchase, access period, cancellation or a refund, contact [email protected] with enough transaction details for us to locate your purchase. Do not include passwords or full payment-card details.
NeuroFlip’s currently published in-app Refund Policy states that after a subscription is purchased and payment is made, the plan cannot ordinarily be changed or cancelled and the payment is ordinarily non-refundable. This is subject to mandatory consumer rights, applicable payment-provider or app-store rules, and any expressly agreed exception. Please review the terms shown at purchase and contact support if you believe a payment was duplicated, incorrectly charged or the purchased service was not delivered.
Acceptable use
Use NeuroFlip for lawful, personal learning and examination preparation. Do not attempt to obtain access to another person’s account, interfere with the security or availability of the service, introduce harmful software, misrepresent yourself, or use automated access in a manner that disrupts the service.
Do not republish, resell, bulk-download or redistribute NeuroFlip’s proprietary materials without permission or another valid legal basis. Do not upload or share material that unlawfully infringes someone else’s rights.
Learning materials and intellectual property
The service’s original software, presentation and materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to the rights of third parties and the features of your applicable plan, your access permits personal, non-commercial study using NeuroFlip; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying materials.
Exam questions, course materials, trademarks and other third-party content remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Any concerns about rights or attribution may be sent to [email protected] for review.
Accuracy, updates and availability
We aim to keep the service useful, but learning materials can contain errors, interpretations can change, and examination syllabuses and rules can be updated. You should independently verify information that matters for examinations or professional practice.
We may modify or maintain the service, correct errors, add or remove features, or address operational and security incidents. Where a change materially affects paid access or rights, applicable notice, remedy and consumer-protection requirements continue to apply.
Third-party services and links
NeuroFlip may include links to external resources and may be distributed or billed through third-party app stores or payment services. Those providers control their own websites and services, and their applicable terms and privacy practices may differ from ours.
A third-party reference does not itself mean that NeuroFlip or the third party endorses the other.
Privacy
Our separate Privacy Policy at https://neuroflip.com/privacy-policy explains how personal information is handled. This Terms of Use page addresses service access and use; it is not a replacement for the Privacy Policy.
Suspension, closing accounts and legal rights
Access may need to be restricted when necessary to address security incidents, misuse of the service or legal requirements. Decisions about access and termination remain subject to applicable law and any specific paid-access terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights, remedies or protections that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Concerns about use of the service or a purchase can be raised at [email protected].

If these Terms change, the updated version will be published here. The effective date, notice requirements and whether a change applies to an existing purchase must be determined in accordance with applicable law and the terms of that purchase.
